This wedding holds a very special place in our hearts, as it was our very first time capturing a wedding in Washington. Danielle and Shey could not have a picked a more perfect venue. Karma Vineyards is a stunning venue that rests on the beautiful south shore of Lake Chelan, Washington where its north facing slope creates a relatively late harvest season. The venue boasts a 3,000 square foot wine cave, where the cake and dancing happens, and 14 acres of selected varietals including Gewürztraminer, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. Their most recent installation to Karma Vineyards is their breathtaking Panorama Patio featuring a 180 degree unobstructed view of the lake and vineyards, for quite possibly one of the most killer backdrops I’ve ever witnessed. Danielle had been following my work for quite some time. So, when she reached out wanting coverage of her big day, at THIS scenic location, my heart almost burst with giddiness. They wanted their big day to focus on their love and pursuit of Christ, which was reflected in their details. We laughed with them, we cried with them. The wedding day was brimming with authentic emotion. It was sincerely a beautiful day to be a part of, and we could not have been more grateful for the opportunity to celebrate with these kind souls.
