This BOHO Engagement session at Rockledge Park in Grapevine, Texas has quickly become one of my all time favorites! Covid-19 has been such a challenge for everyone to deal with this year, however, I am forever impressed with the resilience of my clients throughout it all. Stephanie and Sean are certainly no exception to that. After having to reschedule our initial engagement session due to the lockdown, not long after the Stay at Home Order in Dallas was finally lifted did we find ourselves eager and practically chomping at the bit to do our engagement session together. They decided to do a stylish, BOHO engagement session at the beautiful Rockledge Park in Grapevine, and it made for a beautiful lakeside backdrop at golden hour. Strong gusts of wind kept us on our toes as we scaled the coves of Rockledge, but for the most part the weather was warm and breezy. We couldn’t have asked for better weather given the unpredictability of North Texas skies. These two are a bundle of joyous laughs and fun, and their exuberant personalities shined through effortlessly during their session. Their adoration for one another was practically palpable, and their playful nature was an absolute joy to capture. From the lighthearted lakeside spins and twirls, to the soft kisses, to the playful strolls along the bank of Grapevine Lake, it was a magical session from beginning to end. I was OBSESSED with Stephanie’s hat from Dressed In LALA, along with her stylish Dr. Marten boots and personalized leather jacket that read, “Mrs. Chambliss” on the back. Sean’s shoes from Taft were to die for, and I was honestly beyond impressed how perfectly their outfits brought the shoot together! Working with these two lovebirds at Rockledge Park was an absolute DREAM, and I cannot WAIT to capture them again on their big day! Check out more love stories on the blog here
